Pre Sale / Condo Update in North Van

The rezoning of the Marine Dr corridor and the Moodyville / Queensbury neighborhood along 3rd, is quickly changing the look and feel of North Van while presenting investors and home owners with a terrific opportunity to invest or live in a pre sale condo or townhouse. The North Van condo market is red hot with prices up 40-60% in the past 1-2 years.
